Salmon with Citrus Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 oz salmon
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 4 tsp lemon or lime zest
  • 1 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Add juice, zest, yogurt, and spices to a food processor and pulse until combine. Slowly add the olive oil and continue pulsing until everything is incorporated, ~15 seconds. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Drizzle a medium pan with olive oil over medium heat and allow the oil to heat. Cook the salmon on each side for ~5 minutes.
  3. Serve and pour desired amount of sauce over the salmon.
