Ingredients
- 6 oz salmon
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
- 4 tsp lemon or lime zest
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
Directions
- Add juice, zest, yogurt, and spices to a food processor and pulse until combine. Slowly add the olive oil and continue pulsing until everything is incorporated, ~15 seconds. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Drizzle a medium pan with olive oil over medium heat and allow the oil to heat. Cook the salmon on each side for ~5 minutes.
- Serve and pour desired amount of sauce over the salmon.
